Cotto Possagno, a major brick manufacturer in Veneto, needed a labelling machine capable of handling pallets of varying heights, thus eliminating the manual work of the operator.
Labelpack developed an autonomous and customised solution, with a motorised column to automatically adjust the label application height.
This system automated the process, improving quality and accuracy, and allowing the company to optimise time and resources.
Before the introduction of our system, Cotto Possagno was not equipped with industrial labelling machines and manually labelled pallets of roofing tiles of different heights at the exit of the filming tunnel, engaging the operator for the entire day.
This inconvenient and unproductive process required the operator to remain in position despite frequent downtime.
The company wanted to automate the process to free the operator from this task.
Starting from these initial conditions, the specific objectives of Cotto Possagno were:
- meet the need for application flexibility on different heights;
- achieve optimum label application quality;
- to relieve the operator of the task of manual labelling.

The LABELX 350 ES is solid, reliable and is capable of automatically managing the label application height via a motorised column, adapting to the characteristics of the pallet.
In addition, the labeller is equipped with a pneumatic tilting end applicator that allows optimal label application.
The customised solution we realised for Cotto Possagno was able to respond effectively to the company’s personal needs, improving the work process.
