Labelpack is born, between dedication and sacrifices
We started from scratch, with no previous experience in starting a company. No venture capitalists. No consultants. No office. Just two “ambitious guys”, with a plan to develop automatic solutions for printing and applying labels with barcodes and variable text. 1992-99 Let's be honest about it: we have nothing against conventional common sense. The new sales manager marks a turning point He joined the company bringing a significant transformation: from artisans to an organised and marketable structure. This built an international presence and greater confidence in relations with larger companies. We have always found time to say thank you. We produce the LABELX series We do not take shortcuts. If a product does not meet our high standards, we do not put it on the market. Full stop. “All right” is never good enough. Change of location, we move to BRUGHERIO (MB) To accommodate the company's growth, we moved from 150 m2 to almost 1000 m2. We have the opportunity to make the most of the large production spaces and of the offices by reorganising all commercial, administrative, design, production and logistics management activities. We believe not only in expansion, but in improving growth. And improving means aligning the success of your company with the success of your customers.
2016-17 The debut team
Significant turnover increase in just one year It allowed us to streamline our flows and invest in our human resources, a key aspect of a technology development company. We started an individual coaching path on mindset and soft skills for each employee. A pathway that also embraced the members of production and united our team in a common perspective.

To do this, we stripped ourselves bare and evaluated the things that were wrong. We analysed everything we had done up to that point with the aim of questioning ourselves and putting ourselves back into the game. The process paid off: we managed to make all the people at Labelpack feel part of the project. We formed a proactive team.
Direction is more important than speed.
2018-19 How have we evolved?
Changing the model Our sales manager reaches a well-deserved retirement. This marks the beginning of a new organisational approach: the team as an orchestra. We are not looking for a conductor, but for talented musicians who, together, can create harmony and success. 2020 How have we evolved? Per aspera ad astra When the pandemic struck, we did not give up. Partly thanks to close cooperation with food and pharmaceutical companies, we persevered in work and innovation, facing the moment with determination. This period of relative calm provided us with the opportunity to carry out an in-depth internal analysis, which led to a significant evolution of Labelpack. 2020-2022 How have we evolved? Today Labelpack is considered a solid and serious company, despite its small size. It has been the subject of interest in possible acquisitions due to its established credibility and ability demonstrated in the work. Even today, we have healthy ambitions and everything that makes us human.
And that will never change.
