MASTER WA, THE SYSTEM FOR APPLYING WRAPPING LABELS ON CYLINDRICAL CONTAINERS
MASTER WA is a labelling system built on a sturdy stainless-steel balcony structure where the groups that make up the system are integrated, controlled by a control panel positioned in an ergonomic position.
Equipped with integral perimeter protections, the system can be customized according to the products to be managed, the production needs of the packaging line and the customer’s technical specifications.

- LABELLING MODULES
The application of self-adhesive labels from reel is managed by the LABELX® series units available in two versions:

- LABELX® ES for medium speed applications
- LABELX® RM for high speed applications
- PRODUCTS ROTATION UNIT
The correct wrapping of the labels on the products is made by dynamic rotation devices equipped with independent motorization and mechanical supports with micrometric specifications for adaptation to the various formats to be managed. All the mechanical regulations are equipped with numerical operators that allow easy adjustment based on the tables, which can be formatted in the control panel. The rotation units can be motorized with asynchronous motors equipped with electronic inverters or with the most modern brushless servomotors. - PRODUCTS SEPARATION UNIT
The products arriving from the packaging line are spaced and timed from places at the entrance to the labelling system. For spacing, some motorized modules with two parallel belts are available, equipped with micrometric supports and suitable for the management of numerous and frequent format changes. For high-speed application, motorized auger spacing devices are integrated. - CODING UNIT
It is essential for printing variable data on the label, such as: lot number, production date, expiry date, any 1D, 2D and Data Matrix barcodes. The printing units, integrated on supports equipped with micrometric adjustments to allow easy and repetitive positioning of the print in the label graphics, are available with two solutions that can be integrated on the labelling units: thermal transfer and ink jet printing. - CONTROL DEVICES
The control systems play a fundamental role in label application onto pharmaceutical products. All the MASTER systems can be provided by print presence control, printed text verification, label application and label positioning. The following devices are also available: print mark reading and label presence sensors (UV) and control cameras for the presence of a print, the text being printed (OCR-OCV), the application of the label and the position of the label. - EJECTOR DEVICES
In the labelling and control process, not correct products are automatically ejected from the system using compressed air jet devices or a pneumatic cylinder depending on their size and weight. The ejected products are then collected in containers, with an open or closed drawer equipped with a door with key and equipped with a sensor for checking that the rejection has occurred. - CONTROL PANEL
The general control panel is housed in a hanging position next to the main structure, thus facilitating access for maintenance. All the electronic drives of the brushless, stepping and asynchronous motors, as well as the PLC for managing the system functions, are housed inside the electrical panel. The touch screen operator panel is housed in an ergonomic position for easy access by the operator. All systems are equipped with an interface for remote assistance (Industry 4.0) with Mitsubishi PLC and Weintek operator panel (Siemens version is optional for both). - VALIDATION DOCUMENTS
