COMPACT series systems – Simplicity and functionality in a labeling system.

COMPACT is the best-selling series of automatic labeling systems produced by LABELPACK. The range of systems in this series includes 12 standard models and countless customized solutions; all are equipped with the LABELX JR series labeling machines, capable of applying labels with a height of up to 140/250 mm and a length of up to 350 mm. The COMPACT-WA and COMPACT-WX versions are designed for application on cylindrical bottles, vials and cans and are particularly suitable for operation with manual loading or directly connected to the filling and packaging lines with medium speed, allowing for automation of the labeling process with a low investment. The structure of the system is modular with a tubular stainless steel frame where both the labeling unit and the product transport belt and the rotation device necessary to carry out the wrapping application of the label on the bottle are housed. . For the management of truncated-conical containers, specific accessories are available to ensure correct application of the label. COMPACT TS, COMPACT TB and COMPACT BS are the versions configured for the application of labels on the top, bottom or both sides of trays, cases, boxes, flow-packs and pillow bags. The product transport modules are made in various versions (flat belt, plastic chain, stainless steel chain) and can be customized both in width and length according to the size of the product and the needs of the packaging line. All systems of the COMPACT series can be equipped with one or more thermal transfer printing units suitable for in-line printing of variable data, barcodes and other information on the packaged product. Numerous accessories and options are available to complete the labeling system such as: sensors for transparent labels, spacer devices, product stabilizers and rotating loading and collecting tables.
